The objective of our Yoga program is to help you improve both your flexibility and strength.
Follow Helen for a 30 minutes practice of Yin Yoga to relax your body and mind. This training is working on the spine : the flow will go through backbends and twistings.
For this practice you will need accessories : pilows or a bolster and bricks (or a big book).
